Going Strong
So it's been a little over 3 weeks without a drop of alcohol. I'm actually doing fine & love waking up without hangovers. Last week I decided to drop everything but water (mainly sodas) cause just alcohol wasn't doing the trick. I felt like challenging myself even more. The past few days I've been getting (lack of) caffeine headaches. They suck, but its nothing a little Excedrin cant fix. I'll eventually wean myself off of them completely, minus the occasional mixer... that is when I start to drink again. I'm still shooting for New Years Eve. I don't know what I'm doing that night but I'm sure it'll involve drinking copious amounts of alcohol & kissing some poor unsuspecting lady at midnight. I haven't been writing on here much cause not much tends to happen when you're not going out getting wasted every weekend. I've just been swimming with Timmy a lot and trying to get into the habit of going everyday again. I've been going about 3 days a week and swimming anywhere from 60-100 laps. Not bad, but I can do better. I need more water & whatever else makes you NOT cramp up after 1500m. Anyways, I swam a mile tonight, so needless to say, I'm falling asleep while writing this.
